Sioux Indians
The Sioux Indians were a people whose history was unknown. The first meeting of Sioux Indians was in 1660 when the Sioux encountered the explorers in Lacs. Before this meeting it was unknown where the Sioux started or where they were before 1660, but it was believed that they were located on the east coast. In the start of the eighteenth century priests and fur traders. They wrote how the Sioux Indians were beginning to wander west and become semi-nomadic. The Sioux Indians would travel as far as South Dakota and remain there to become avid buffalo hunters. The Sioux people had many great leaders and fought many fights.
